We hope you love your new Soltai items.

However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

 Please ensure:

• Item/s are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed with tags & liners still attached.
• Your name and address must be supplied along with your order number to ensure timely processing.
• Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a traceable shipping method and taking note of your tracking number.

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty – if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number for further review.

We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for items which have been customised.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

EXCHANGES

For all online exchanges, please email soltai.thelabel@gmail.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return. Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website. 

CREDIT NOTE

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and liners. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
