We ship Australia wide

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. 
All orders are sent from Victoria.
There may be a slight delay during peak or holiday periods.

Standard – 2-8 Business Days – $10

Express – 1-4 Business Days – $15

We recommend visiting the Australia Post website for an estimated delivery window.
It may be worthwhile to consider specifying a delivery address where you will be present. 

Note that orders that contain pre ordered items are pre packed and shipped in full once ALL items are in stock.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 
You can track the progress of our delivery via this confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NEW ZEALAND & UK ONLY

Standard tracked shipping – $20.00

Delivery estimate 10-15 business days, please bear in mind it can be longer if there is customs delays, it must be with customs for 40 days+ before you can submit an enquiry. 

International customers: Please note we will not be responsible for any additional customs fees if they occur. Our shipping fee does not include any import taxes or duties your country may charge. 

We are not responsible for your items once they have been scanned by the post office, we will not be held liable and will not issue a refund for late, or missing items once left our warehouse, it is your responsibility to track and follow up the item with the tracking number issued to you. If a parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay an additional delivery fee, refunds will not be accepted.
